Please note that orders will be sent by post and, therefore, without a tracking number. 

Shipping outside Switzerland

Europe (for now: Italy, Germany, and Austria)

Shipping costs 10 CHF - 4-8 business days.

Rest of World (soon!)

Shipping costs 17 CHF - 6-10 business days.

After the shipment has been handed over to the transport company, we are no longer liable for damage or loss of the shipment. Any charges and costs for third-party traffic are borne by the customer. 

There will be additional customs and processing fees that may arise, which are borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Size exchange (available in Switzerland): As a young store, we understand that you are getting to know your size with us, and that buying online sometimes can get tricky. Therefore, we are able to offer you a size exchange, if:

  • The item doesn't fit you
  • The bikini piece is in its perfect condition, unworn, without stains, and in its original packaging
  • You have returned the item to us within 10 days 
  • We will then send your new preferred size
  • If we do not have your preferred size, we will credit you back (excluding post costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days

Returns - when you want to try a different model: If the model wasn't your fit you can place a new order, and once your return is received by us (within 14 days), you will receive a store credit to be able to replace as you wish.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase

Please be aware that we are a small store, and our collections have limited pieces (colors, and sizes) - so we appreciate if you can shop consciously. Every return costs us money, and while the items are traveling by Post,  it could mean that another DINI Girl won't find her preferred bikini or size. 

If you are unsure on what size to pick, please contact us, and we will be happy to give you further assistance so you feel confident with your choice.

Please note that for the size exchange and returns the postage costs should be paid by you. And that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items with a discount price or gift cards.

 

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and fix the problem.

 

European Union 14 days cancellation period

If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If it is, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
